TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING THE QUOTATION AND FULFILMENT OF SERVICES BOOKED THERE-AFTER
SCOPE OF ACTIVITY
We are a travel intermediary / travel agent and holiday organizers only. The role of the company is that of an agent of the client to secure proper services for the tour from the independent contractors such as the airlines, shipping company, hotels, Coach etc. We do not control or operate any airline, neither do we own or control any shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport or any other facility or service mentioned in this brochure. We take care in selecting all the ingredients in your holiday; but because we only select them and have no control in operating them, we cannot be responsible for any injury, death, loss or damage, which is caused by the act or default or omission of the management or employees of the independent contractors being any hoteliers, airlines, shipping company, coach owner / coach operator.
MOST IMPORTANT
Unless and until specifically communicated all tour program costs are proposed quotation and not a conformation of any services. Our quotations are valid for acceptance with advance payment as per specific time limit advised to you for a given quote. Service providers and especially hotels work on dynamic pricing and there might be difference in final pricing especially in case of delayed response of acceptance.
INCLUSIONS AND EXCLSIONS ON THE TOUR
Services included or Excluded in a program / product chosen by you directly commensurate to the charges levied. Do check the inclusions and exclusions categorically before accepting quotation and making payments to avoid misunderstandings.
HOTELS
Please note that check-in and check-out times are determined solely by the individual hotel or accommodation provider and may vary significantly between properties. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, which are at the discretion of the hotel.
Additionally, travelers are advised that there is no universally accepted standard for hotel star classifications. Star ratings are assigned by various local authorities or based on self-assessment by the property itself, and therefore may not consistently reflect the level of amenities or service quality across different regions or accommodation types. In recent years, the hospitality landscape has expanded to include boutique hotels, heritage properties, homestays, and design-led accommodations, many of which do not conform to traditional star rating systems. While these establishments often offer unique and personalized experiences, they may differ in terms of facilities, service style, and overall guest experience compared to conventional hotels.
We encourage all travelers to review detailed descriptions, guest reviews, and available amenities carefully before making a reservation to ensure the chosen accommodation aligns with their expectations and requirements.
VEHICLE, SIGHTSEEING & TRANSPORTATION
Vehicle as booked shall be provided for usage as per booked itinerary only. Vehicle shall not be at disposal. For vehicles booked at disposal on specific days it is important to note that upper limit in terms of hours, kilometres and jurisdiction limits when availing.
We take utmost care in selecting the service providers. However, we do not own or control any vehicles and do not employ any chauffer. Any additional usage of vehicle other than specified in the itinerary will attract an additional cost and must be settled on tour directly. Any damages caused by you to the vehicle/coach during the travel shall be payable by you and the company will not be Iiable for the same
MEALS
Any meals included in the package will be indicated in the service vouchers. ln case the passenger misses any meal due to whatsoever reason no refund will be given for the same. We have no control over the nature of meals provided by the concerned independent supplier(s). Any special dietary requirement needs to be informed well in advance, ideally at enquiry stage. Fulfilment of such requests totally depends on availability of the said service at the place of travel by end supplier. While every endeavour would made to accommodate such requests, the company shall not be held liable in case of non-availability or non-fulfilment.
VISA (For International Destinations that need a VISA for travel)
It is the responsibility of the passenger to hold valid travel documents, such as passport and valid visa and to furnish all documents required by the company for the application of the same within the period stipulated. It is at the sole discretion of the Consulate/Authorities to ask for original documents/personal interview of the passenger’s at any time. However, as granting or rejecting visa is the sole prerogative of the concerned Consulate/Authorities even after submitting all relevant documents, the Company will not be held responsible for the same. In case the concerned embassy/consulate or authorities, due to incomplete/delayed documents furnished by the passengers or due to any other reject the Visa application reason whatsoever, or there are errors in the date of visa granted or scanned photographs on the visa, the Company shall not be liable or responsible for the same. All costs and charges in respect of the said application for the visa shall be borne by the passenger. lf the passenger needs to cancel a tour due to rejection of visa or rejection of entry into the country, the cancellation charges of the Company will be applicable and shall be payable by the passenger. There will be no refund if the passenger, or any member of his party, is unable to travel due to the said reason
INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you carry adequate insurance for your holiday trip to cover any eventuality including travel, tour and medical contingency.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation etc. for are blocked once the client has made the initial deposit. We are liable to pay all our suppliers / vendors the agreed charges including penalties, if these services are released / cancelled. If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.

Many end service providers including but not limited to hotels, transportation, airline and attractions offer confirmation of services against 100 % payment which may be non-refundable and or non-transferrable irrespective of the number of days in advance one cancels. The traveller must make a note of the same when checking quotation and making payments.
PAYMENTS
Each program designed and offered is unique. On acceptance of quotation, a payment schedule for advance and final payments or in a single transaction and shall be shared in the invoice. Please read the same carefully when remitting.
REFUNDS
Refunds (If any) for amendments and / or cancellations will be paid directly to you for bookings made directly with the company’s office. For bookings routed through the Travel Agent, the refunds will be routed through them. It would take at least 30 working days to process refunds or more depending end supplier / service provider policy and turnaround time. There is no refunds payable for any unutilized or partially utilized services (e.g. Airline tickets, Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional Tour, Hotel, Sightseeing etc.)
LOSS / DAMAGE
Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the stay in the hotel or while traveling on the holiday due to theft or loss of baggage, tour participant can lodge a complaint with the local authorities on his/her sole discretion, cost, risk and consequences
PRIVACY OF INFORMATION
We treat all the information furnished by you as confidential. However, you consent and authorize us to share only the necessary information with airline, hotels and other service providers who will provide the services to you during your tour. You acknowledge that we shall be constrained to disclose the information furnished by you, if such disclosure is required by the law or by an order of a court or the rules, regulations or enquiry by any government / statutory agency having regulatory or statutory authority over the Company.
FORCE MAJURE
The Company shall be excused from the performance or punctual performance of any of terms and conditions/services/tour or part thereof as above, if the performance thereof is prevented or delayed by any cause beyond the reasonable control of the company, which shall include acts of God, riots, wars, accidents, embargo, terror attacks, coup strike, natural calamities or requisition (acts of government), or delays/negligence/carelessness in the performance of the independent contractors caused by any such circumstances as referred herein. The Client shall pay any additional cost incurred by the Company, for the services provided to the Client, during the Force Majeure event.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The travel intermediary acts solely as a facilitator between travelers and third-party service providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport companies, and other travel-related vendors. The intermediary does not own, operate, or control the services provided by these suppliers.
While reasonable care is taken in selecting reputable partners, the intermediary cannot be held responsible for any act, omission, delay, default, negligence, or failure by any third-party provider. This includes, without limitation, any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, change in schedule, or dissatisfaction arising from the provision (or non-provision) of services.
The intermediary is not liable for any force majeure events or circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, political instability, health risks, technical failures, strikes, or government actions. In no event shall the intermediary be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of enjoyment, lost profits, or missed connections. Liability, if any, is strictly limited to the amount paid directly to the intermediary for the relevant service.
By proceeding with a booking, the traveller acknowledges and accepts these terms, and agrees to assume full responsibility for all travel arrangements and associated risks.
