Consent Form,Waiver and Hold Harmless

In consideration of the rental fee and the mutual covenants contained in this form, I willingly rent a Gaia Bike from Gaia Trips. I fully recognize that my riding the Gaia Bike may involve certain risks and by affixing my signature below, I irrevocably and unconditionally agree to waive any rights of suit, now or in the future against Gaia Trips (and all of their officers, directors agents, employees, predecessors, successors, sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, and assigns) arising out of or in connection with my rental and/or activities with the RENTAL; I further agree to hold harmless and keep indemnified Gaia Trips (and all of their officers, directors agents, employees, predecessors, successors, sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, and assigns) against any liability present or future of any nature whatsoever arising out of or in connection with my involvement in the RENTAL.

During the course of the RENTAL and related activities, I will conduct myself in a prudent and cautious manner. The laws and regulations of The Peoples Republic of China will govern this agreement.
